Puerto Rico digital lab · English / Español

Ideas in. Working systems out.

Towing fleets get dispatched on it. A preschool files its evaluations on it. A jewelry atelier sells on it. Q Labs Digital builds the complete system, from software and design to operations, and stays to run it with you.

This is running code, not a video. The lab's playground is the proof.

What the lab builds

Every engagement is scoped and quoted before anything is built. You know the number, the timeline, and exactly what ships.

Software your business runs on

Dispatch platforms, patient and student records, storefronts with admin panels the owner actually uses, quote to signature pipelines. Built with real databases and real auth, then operated for you, so hands-off means hands-off.

A towing company's live dispatch command center · an EMS platform with clinical documentation · a preschool's evaluation system that exports its own Word forms · a fine-jewelry storefront with a custom atelier admin

Experiences people feel

Browser worlds, games, interactive brand pages, music and media experiences. The five living worlds behind the lab are the demo reel. Everything there is running code, and every world answers your cursor.

Infrastructure, security & the unglamorous

The 20-year backbone under the pretty pixels: endpoint security audits with risk-rated remediation reports, agentless incident response reporting, supply-chain compromise scanning, network monitoring, and automation that removes the repetitive step, with a full rollback trail.

osquery security audits packaged as a one-click toolkit · a switch audit toolkit delivered to a network client · reversible Windows optimization with audit logs

Ya está hecho · Already built

Skip the from-scratch project.

Some of the lab's platforms are offered ready to run under your brand: the towing dispatch platform for any fleet, the emergency response console for response operations, clinical documentation for practices, and the storefront with its atelier admin for boutiques and makers. Your name on it, the lab behind it, live in weeks instead of months.

Proof

Built here. Running today.

Every case file is a real system: recorded from the live app, or the live page itself embedded. No mockups, no stock screenshots. Where a client's operation is private, you get a demo on request instead of a peek that isn't real.

Ohana Towing & Transport

Operations platform

A roadside-assistance company runs its whole day here: a live dispatch command center, customer request and tracking pages, automated PDF invoicing, and a native driver app that keeps every truck on the map.

Deployed

EMS dispatch console

Emergency response

An SOS platform built to stay simple in the moments that matter: one clear call-for-help flow on mobile, and a live map console where dispatchers see every unit and every request at once. Clinical incident documentation lives in the same system, from the call to the legal paperwork.

Mentes Creativas

Education platform

A bilingual form and evaluation platform built for a real preschool: teachers fill guided educational forms, administrators review and sign them, and every document exports as the school's own Word paperwork. Student evaluations track 39 objectives across 10 development areas with semester analytics.

Delivered

Archivo Escolar PR

Public knowledge platform

Puerto Rico's school regulations are spread across hundreds of pages that almost nobody reads. Here a parent or a teacher describes what actually happened, in their own words and in either language, and the site returns the passage that governs it: the exact wording, the section, the page, and a link to the official document.

Live

La prueba está viva.

The proof is alive.

Five worlds rendered live in your browser: an ocean, a nebula, a meadow, an aurora, a forge. Stir any of them in circles and they answer. The sea opens a whirlpool, the stars wind into a galaxy, the field lifts into petals. Flip X-ray to see the engineering. If the lab builds this for fun, imagine what it builds for work.

El método

How a project moves through the lab

  1. 01

    Understand

The idea, the people involved, the current limitations, and what the outcome needs to be. Nothing gets built before this is clear.

  2. 02

    Plan the whole experience

Not a feature list. The full shape of the thing: who touches it, what it connects to, and what it should feel like.

  3. 03

    Build

Working software early, in the real stack, so decisions get made against something you can touch.

  4. 04

    Test in real use

On real phones, with real data, on real days. The lab trusts behavior over demos.

  5. 05

Refine until design and function agree

The project ships when it works and feels intentional, and then it keeps getting refined.

And the lab stays reachable. Most projects come back with a next chapter. That's the plan.

Questions

Answered up front

What does a project cost?

Every project is scoped and quoted fixed-price after a free discovery conversation. You'll know the number before anything is built. Already-built platforms are quoted as a setup plus monthly run cost instead of a build price, and ongoing care is a simple monthly retainer.

How fast can we start?

Send the brief today and you'll hear back within 24 hours. Discovery usually happens the same week; tell us the timeline you need and we'll be straight about whether it's possible.

Do I have to start from zero?

Not always. Several lab platforms are offered white-label: dispatch, emergency response, clinical documentation, storefronts. You bring the brand; the system already works.

Do you only work in Puerto Rico?

No. The lab is remote-first and works across US time zones, in English and Español. Being PR-based just means your money supports local tech.

How does ownership work?

Most clients want to be hands-off: the lab builds, hosts, and operates the service, and you own your data, your brand, and your content. If your project calls for a full source-code transfer, that's arranged in the terms; ownership and responsibilities are always written down and agreed before anything is built.

Can you take over something that already exists?

Yes. Before the lab there were twenty-plus years of IT: networks, infrastructure, security audits, incident response. Inheriting a system nobody wants to touch is familiar territory. It gets documented, secured, and made boring, in the good way.

What happens after launch?

The lab stays reachable. Most projects come back with a next chapter: support, new features, growth. The person who built it is the person who answers.

Start

Tell the lab what you need

A few lines is enough. You'll get a reply from Xavier, not a bot, within 24 hours.

How would you like to continue?

A guided assistant tailors a few plain-language questions to what you wrote. Your request is only shared with it if you choose this path.

Send the request exactly as entered.
